Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rezwaneeya LLC. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health standards, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Final Sale Items: Any products purchased during a “Clearance” or “Flash Sale” event.

Personal Accessories: Items such as pierced jewelry, hats, or hair accessories (if applicable to your inventory).

Gift Cards: Both physical and digital gift cards are non-refundable.

Worn or Washed Items: We cannot accept returns for clothing that shows signs of use (e.g., perfume scents, deodorant marks, or pet hair).

Missing Tags: Items returned without their original brand tags.
3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Square/Credit Card).

You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at contact@rezwaneeyallc.com within 7 days of delivery.
5. Shipping for Returns

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will resolve the issue immediately at no extra cost to you.
