1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. (Note: Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than standard delivery times).
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: If available, delivery times and costs will be shown during checkout. (Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Rezwaneeya LLC is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You may also reach out to our support team at contact@rezwaneeyallc.com for assistance with the process.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the item.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at contact@rezwaneeyallc.com within 48 hours of the “delivered” status.
